We believe everyone should have their own personal reading canon. This could be made up of books you love, books you've read or a combination of the two. Our canon comprises of the books which have made the most impression on us, the books which have stayed with us. This could be because the novel was amazing to us, moved us, made us think, or simply influenced us in a significant way.
This is a lifetime project, this list is ever growing. It is perhaps impossible to read all of the great books in existence, especially with a full life of writing, hobbies, travel, family etc. Thus this list is in no way The Canon. But it is Our Canon.
Books from the list we have read will be in bold. Books reviewed will be hyperlinked to their corresponding review page.
