Literary Atelier is a blog about literature. From classics, to modern classics and on to contemporary literature we discuss and review the best books we have come across.
We have an ongoing project, inspired by Benjamin McEvoy, to read the entire Oxford University English Literature Reading List.
Aside from this reading goal we read simply based on our moods and the great books we find. Only novels which have left an impression on us make it on to this website. There are many more books which are read which are not talked about here because it didn't make the cut of a book which we consider to be great. This is a space for our all time favourite books. You can see which books made our ultimate list The Canon over here.
“I declare after all there is no enjoyment like reading! How much sooner one tires of anything than of a book! When I have a house of my own, I shall be miserable if I have not an excellent library.” Pride and Prejudice (1813) by Jane Austen
